Another $1 million
available for LES customers to install
energy-efficient equipment. LES is
pleased to announce that an additional $1
million is now available for the Sustainable
Energy Program to assist residential,
business and industrial customers with
various energy-efficiency initiatives.

Public meetings on
structure of future rates. LES held the
first of four meetings with the public July
28 to explain how
electric rates are determined and to have a
conversation with the public on the design
of future rates. A video presentation will
be available soon. The second meeting is set
for Aug. 18, 12-1 p.m., at Center for
People in Need, 3901 N. 27th St. The topic
is
"Influences on Electric Rates."
