principal in the Business
and Technology Services
Division of Burns &
McDonnell. This group is
responsible for utility
planning, rate studies, load
forecasting, transmission
planning and generation
expansion studies. In his
consulting practice, Harris
has prepared numerous
economic and feasibility
studies for projects
throughout the world.

Chris Stough is the
cofounder of EcoTech Energy
Solutions, LLC. He has an
engineering background and
maintains certifications in
solar thermal, solar

Stough works closely with
staff of the Colorado
Governor's Energy Office,
Nebraska legislators and the
National Renewable Energy
Laboratory. He also has ties to
an academic organization at Colorado State
University, which is
responsible for new clean
energy technologies. He
serves on the boards of
several national and
international renewable
energy companies and
organizations.
In his current position,
Stough also is involved in
discussions that support
clean energy initiatives
around the globe. He
recently returned from a
trip to Asia where he
participated in discussions
that involve a multinational
organization seeking to
provide renewable energy
solutions to Third World
countries.

Jerry Meyer
has been employed by General
Motors (GM) for more than 30
years. He is the government
fleet sales and alternative
fuels manager for the South
Central region. His area
includes the states of

Missouri, Kansas and
Nebraska.
He has held
various positions with
General Motors from district
sales, distribution center
and
fleet sales, and he built
the used car database for
GM. Jerry has worked with
approximately one-third of
all GM dealerships, all
major leasing companies and
all major auction companies
in both the United States
and Canada. He has worked
with NAFA, NAAA and Clean
Cities groups for many
years.
