While searching for new employment, I was interested in a position that included a variety of duties. I was able to find this at LES, working with subject matter experts to develop trainings and professionally coaching employees to reach their goals. I love being able to work with someone and see their "aha" moments.

If you want to be passionate about safety, you must first be passionate about people. I have a passion for the people I work with that drives me to communicate, manage, motivate and engage all LES employees. I want to be a mentor — a person employees come to for help and improvement.

Internet-connected thermostats provide convenience and comfort while helping customers save energy. By enrolling in LES Peak Rewards, customers can help the community delay the need for another generating resource and that benefits everyone.

I love that LES put this program together. It's so important to save energy and help the environment. And a little incentive back doesn't hurt at all. Thanks!

Thanks so much to the people on the poles in the dark, late at night, and in terrible wind, too. I so appreciate their commitment to the people in Lincoln — and I really appreciate my electricity tonight.

A streetlight was installed almost at the end of my driveway and I love it. It lights up my front driveway, garage and house doors, car and all. I really sleep well now feeling secure from this light. I don’t know who was in charge to get this project done, but they did a great job. God bless.

My focus on the communications team is our internal communication efforts. I like the variety of projects I work on and strategizing new ways to connect with employees. The most exciting part of the job is learning new tools and platforms that help simplify a message and its delivery.

I am passionate about implementing changes that will improve current processes for our internal teams, as well as our customers. I am also passionate about finding solutions to existing problems and potential problems before they occur.

I believe what makes LES a great place to work is I not only get to do my job to the best of my ability, but employees are also allowed the opportunity to volunteer and participate in many of the LES-organized activities which give back to our community.

If I had a chance to change anything in my career path, I wouldn’t. I have been fortunate to be able to progress within LES and now work with a super-talented team that uses innovation to support our customers' needs from power generation down to the meter.
