LES' Educational, Interactive Tiny House (EdITH) shows residential customers how to make smart, sustainable energy choices.
This includes learning things about solar power and how to choose the right insulation, water heater or light bulbs for your home.
EdITH features interactive displays that show sustainable energy technologies included in the LES Sustainable Energy Program and LES Peak Rewards.
Do you have a large event with space for EdITH to visit?
To make EdITH a reality, LES partnered with The Career Academy, a joint venture between Lincoln Public Schools and Southeast Community College. While LES focuses on our energy future, TCA is busy preparing our future workforce in a hands-on way. Students have the ability to learn theories in the classroom and immediately apply the lessons they’ve learned. This community collaboration represents the power of partnerships between industry and education to create state-of-the-art learning and career training opportunities. LES and The Career Academy are preparing our community to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come!
